This differs from the 5PC screw-together, cheaply-made Flag Kits on other marketplace sites.  It easily slides into the mounting bracket for a secure fit with two wing-nut mountings.  The flag pole is equipped with two 360-degree aluminum flag pole rings, allowing the flag to fly freely in the wind without wrapping around the flagpole, effectively reducing, if not eliminating, the flag from tangling.
